Shipping policy

Fast and reliable worldwide delivery with FedEx International Express (Netherlands and Belgium; see below)

  • Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hrs.
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification and tracking information from FedEx.
  • The transit time depends on your country but usually your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Depending on your country or location, FedEx may offer flexible delivery options. Check with your local FedEx customer service or visit www.fedex.com for more details.
  • If you are not able to receive the parcel yourself, please arrange a pick-up at your nearest FedEx location. We can not take responsibility for parcels once they have been delivered according to FedEx.


Customs duty and tax for orders outside of the EU

We charge VAT on EU orders and UK orders under 150 GBP. VAT rates are according to the country of destination. When you order from outside the EU, we do not charge tax or duties on your order. You, being the receiver and importer, are responsible for any duties and tax upon import. If your shipment is returned to us due to non payment of customs duty and/or tax, any related charges will be ducted from the refund of your order, unless otherwise agreed with Little Husky Toys.


Shipping to Netherlands and Belgium

Orders to Dutch and Belgian customers are sent through PostNL. Shipping takes 1-2 business days. You will receive tracking information from PostNL once your parcel is on its way. If you are not able to receive the parcel yourself, please arrange a pick-up at your nearest PostNL or BPost location.

 

Returns

You can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund, if the items you want to return are undamaged, unaltered and only used for fitting purposes. Refunds after this point must be announced to us before hand.
Should you wish to return your purchase, please follow these steps:

  • Send us an email with your order number or invoice included, and explain briefly what you would like to return. We also would love to hear why.
  • We will send you a free return label and shipping instructions.
  • Once your shipment is received, we’ll refund the purchase price of all returned items within 3 business days.

Please keep in mind that:

  • We offer free return shipping but we can not refund your initial shipping costs when ordered from outside Netherlands or Belgium.
  • We only can accept returns shipped with labels provided by us.
  • We can not be held responsible for refunding paid duties or tax on import.
